In current society, more emerging technologies have developed and solved many life and work problems for various people. In today’s world, the Artificial Intelligence is becoming a hot topic and gain more attention from big companies, like Alibaba, Amazon and etc. Artificial Intelligence’s abbreviation is AI, it is a new science technology that is applied in different computing area nowadays, such as automatic political and financial decision-making, automatic control system, and robots. Its main study is to simulate and extend based on the human’s intelligence. In this article, we are going to majorly discuss one part of AI technology called the Robotic Process Automation.
In the robotic process automation field, AI is the most and essential technology. AI can help the robotic process automation can help even replace a large number of simple, single, repetitive and arduous tasks, and make the work become more efficient and try to achieve zero-error. RPA uses specialized computer programs, which also called as software robots. It’s aimed at using RPA to automate and standardize the repeatable process. This will save a lot of processes and time that the human should do in the past, so employees can concentrate on more attractive works.
RPA can help business professionals to configure automate and configure software robots to repetitive easily. RPA enables robots to finish simple operations as what human do. According to some data in 2019, the essential automation tool that can achieve digital transformation and work’s future.
Because of the wider use of Robotic Process Automation, more and more people have discovered its benefits. First, it has a low technology requirement, people who are not professional in the technology area can also use this process to set their own robotic process. Second, the RPA can automatically help you check and revise the incorrect words during the process. Third, it can continually work for 24 hours and 7 days without any rest and human intervention. Forth, it can improve the working efficiency for their work and increase their passion into some interesting working part.
Moreover, we can see that there are various different business areas use the Robotic Process Automation technology.
1. Quote to Cash: the RPA technology can automatically send the invoice to their different customers earlier with the correct price and format. When the client received their invoices earlier, they can improve their cash flow management and sales.

3. Periodic reports preparation and dissemination: RPA technology can automatically create the reports in some period and send its analysis to the related stakeholders.
There are more and more applications in different business area, such as finance, HR, operations, procurement, and so on. It helps many employees or managers to simplify their daily work and increase their working efficiency and accuracy.
In reality, we usually use RPA in major business companies, but it can also be applied by personal. Since RPA can deal with some complex and repeatable process for humans, and IT can still monitor and audit all the robots together, which can decrease the gap from humans and works. In addition, RPA can also be a part of the digital transformation journey, which enables solving automation challenge and driving organizations to grow rapidly into a digital workplace. This not only can save money and increase productivity, and also it can help fill in the gap between works and organizations.
Finally, more and more people are investing money and doing research in RPA technology and more and more companies use this technology in their different businesses. We believe that RPA will bring us more surprises in the future.
